The peticon of Adam Heatch The same Day Comrs: as aforesaid
Shewing how That being Sumoned & impannelled to Attend as a Jury man but Some Cattle
breaking into his corne ffeild was forced to Stay for to mend his ffench by reason of wch
he desires his ffine may be remitted upon wch: it was ordered that he appeare next Court

The humble peticon of Anne Bright The Same Day
That whereas your ffathers peticoner did before his decease bind out his Son Edward /
Bright by a Certaine writeing to Serve with Nathaniell Dougherty or his assigns untill
he should arrive to the age of Twenty One yeares upon the conditions Mentioned in the
Said writings Now since it hath pleased God to take out of this world the said Dougherty
& his wife your peticoner humbly Craveth that the said Edward Bright may have
Liberty by this Court to choose himselfe Another master & that whereas there be several
Cowes & Calfes & other things that are to be made good to Severall of your peticoners Other
Brothers it is further prayed that The Worshipfull Court will be pleased to take care
That those severall Things persons doe enter into Recognizance for the same &a:
Whereupon it was ordered this day (to witt) the 13th: day of June aforesaid that these
insueing persons be Sumoned agt: next Court upon that Accot: vizt: Samuell Allexander
Cornelius Ward & Jno: Taylor the Taylor who are accordingly Sumoned ~ ~ ~

A mill fframe & appurtenances attached by mr: Wm: Brereton being the estate of
Thomas Pemperton late of this County appraised at 1286lb: of Tobo: by Phillip =
Carter & Wm: Elgate appraised lyeing & being in Cottinghams Creeke in Rockiawakin
Whereupon it was Ordered the same day vizt: the 14th: day of June aforesaid the
Execucon issued out in the name of the aforesd: ffrancis Jenckins gentl: & upon
the aforesd: Mill fframes & appurtenances & that According To Law
Capn: Henry Smith The Same Day Court: as aforesd:
agt: Somestt: County Ss Peter Bodkins of this County otherwise
Peter Bodkin Called Peter Bodkin of Somerstt: County mercht: was Sumoned
attached To answer unto Capt: Henry Smith in an accon of Accot:
And whereupon the Said Henry Smith by Thomas Poole his Attourney Cometh
& Saith That in the yeare of our Lord God 1687 the aforesaid Peter Bodkin did receive
of mr: Allexander Taggett for the use of the said Henry Smith The Sume of One
