William Aylward then Sworne Clk of the County of Somersett the Day abovesd:
The peticon of Richrd: Brittain read ordered him to be Cryer of the Court of Somerstt: County
The Rules of Court read & allowed of & amended in allowing the Clk to signe bills of Costs -
The 12th: day of June as aforesd
Whereas Capt: David Browne gent: brings his Servt:man called Thomas Greham the said
Servt: comeing into this province without Indenture & brought before the Court to be judged
within the time Limitted by Act of Assembly, after a full view had & taken by this Court
of the said servt: they doe adjudge the said Thomas Greham to be Twelve yeares of Age
The same Day
Mr: Robert King brought his Servt: boy called Hugh Makalegan the said Servt: comeing
into this province without Indenture & brought before the Court to be judged within the time
Limitted by Act of Assembly, After a full view had & taken by this Court of the said
Servt: they doe adjudge the said Hugh Makalogan to be Twelve yeares of Age

The peticon of Thomas Tull to the worshipfull Comrs: of the Court sheweth That upon -
upon Thirsday last he received a mischance by a young horse in putting my Arme out of
Joint that I am not able to come to Court Soe that I thought fitt to acquaint you wth: my
Condicon in it hopeing you will take it into Consideracon & your peticioner shall ever pray
upon preferring of the aforesd: peticon it was ordered by the Court that according to his
