Brittaine of a plea of trespas one the Case / ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
And whereupon the plte by his Attorney Thomas Poole Complaineth and saith That
the defend^ts: upon the ffourth day of March last past did malitiously & with an Evill
intent broke downe & tore of the boards from his dwelling house of the plaintiff at
Morumsco in this County as will appeare in Co^rt: by Evidence here in Co^rt: ready to
make
