Summ of Two Thousand pounds of good Tobacco & Casqe qualified according to act of assembly on y tenth Day

October & in ÿ yeare 1676: then Did take ride or cause to bee rid one horse of ÿ said Thomas without
his Consent ÿ Said Thomas having Libertie of ÿ Said James to leave his horse upon ÿ Said James' plantacon
till ÿ Said Thomas Did returne but att ÿ returne of ÿ said Thomas ÿ aforesaid horse was not to bee found neithr
Did ÿ aforesaid Thomas ever since finde ÿ Said horse whereupon ÿ Said Thomas Saith he is very much
Damnified & hath Damage to ÿ value & Losse of Two thousand five hundred pounds of tobacco & thereupon
