In the Name of God Amen I John Johnson of Sommersett County in the Province of Maryland planter
otherwise Called John Johnson of Anamessex in the Said County of Somersett & Province of Maryland Joyner
being weake of body but of perfect memory Doe make this my last will & Testament as ffollowith ~ ~
Impr I bequeath my body to the Dust & my Soule to God yt gave it hopeing for y blessed resurrection of y Just unto
eternall Life: And as for y estate God hath bestowed upon me I dispose of it as followeth: ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
I give & bequeath unto my Loving wife Elizabeth Johnson (after my Legall Debts are well & truly paid)
All my personall & reall estate moveables & Immoveables within Doores & without which I Shall be
Possest withall at the time of my decease quietly & peaceably to enjoy as her owne proper estate to her
and her heires or assignes forever, onely after the decease of my Loving wife Elizabeth aforesaid, It is my
will & pleasure that the Land where I now Live & Shall be possessed withall at the time of my decease Shall
be the Proper right of my grandchilld John Cullen the Son of George Cullen of this County of Sommersett &
Province of Maryland with all houses & houseings & other heridittaments there unto belonging To him the
Said John & to his heires & assignes for ever to enjoye the Said Land & to dispose off as he Shall think good
And Lastly I doe hereby make my Loving wife Elizabeth my Sole & absolute executrix . And this I make &
doe declare to be my last will & Testament Irrevocable not to be in y least altered Soe long as my Loving
wife Elizabeth remayneth Alive and desire that this may be forthwith entered upon record revokeing all
other Wills as witnes my hand & Seale ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
