assume upon himselfe and promise to pay or cause to bee paid upon Demand y Said quantity of four
hundred Eighty Six pounds of Tobacco but hee y said Christopher fraudulently intending to Deceive him
y said Randall of y sd Tobacco Denyeth & Still Doth to pay y same although often thereunto required y plt
Saith hee is Damnified & hath Dammadge to y value of 1200lb of Tob: & thereupon brings his Sute:/:
This Bill bindeth mee Christopher Newgent of y County of Sommrsett in y province of Maryland to pay or
Cause to bee paid unto mr Randall Revell of y County & Province aforesaid or to his order y Summe of

hundred eighty Six pounds of good Sound merchannteable Tobacco & Caske Convenient in Sommersestt
County upon Demand for a valuable Consideracon allready received In wittness whereof I have
