		oldfeild became Indebted unto y said Thomas The summe of Two hundred

		& fifty pounds of tobacco & Caske as pr his bill here produced in open Cort:

		more plainely will appeare the which some of 250lb: tob & Caske the sd: Jarman

Intrat agt:	promised the said Thomas to pay upon demand but the said Jarman frau

Janr: Cort:	dulently intending refuseth since to pay y 250lb: tob: & Caske allthough there
