Come Greeting Know yee that I Samuell Jackson for and in Consi
deracon of A Certaine Summe of tobacco to me paid by James Dashiell
have bargained and Soulld given given granted and Confirmed unto ye
said James Dashiell as I Doe by these presents bargain and Sell give
grant and Confirme all and every part and parcell of A parcell of
Land Containing Two hundred Acres of Land Called Long hill with
all Such builldings Clearing and ffencing as now is there to belonging
scituated and Lyeing and being in Nanticoke river and in A Creeke
of the said river Called Wetipquwant In the Province of Maryland
and in the County of Sommersett Containing by pattent Two
hundred Acres To have and to hold to him the said James
