The Same Cort: Comm: as afore
mr: Henry Smith riseth from the board
mr: Henry Smith Complaines agst: Cowassen an Indian
Called John that the said Indian did make an agreemt:
with the said mr: Smith to mall fall & Cutt off foureteene
hundred Loggs Stakes & trunnells but the said Indian
Run away & hath not performed his bargaine,
Its ffound that the said Indian had hired himselfe to
John Harrison & Robt Cattlin & hath not performed his
bargaine to any of them; ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Its ordered that Cowassen Manoakin Indian called John
Doe maull twelve hundred Loggs for the said mr: Smith
and if mr: Smith makes appeare by evidence that there
shoulld be Stakes & trunnells the said Indian to per
