peticon Complaines The humble peticon of Richard Pim
agt: Lewin Denwood
Humbly sheweth
That yor: peticionr: having honestly and ffaithfully served his
time according to Act of Assembly to Luke Denwood and since
his decease to the survivors: and assignes of the said Luke Denwood
humbly Craveth order for his ffreedome with Corne and Clothes
and other things Accustomed According to Act of Assembly
Allwayes refferring my Selfe to yor: worpll: Judicous Judgemts:
as your worps: Shall be pleased to order and as in duty bound
Shall pray
Lewin Denwood deft: being Called appeares and Joynes issue
The plt: sues as in his peticon
The Deft: pleades and saith he is to serve eleaven years and
Canne make it appeare by the records of Accomack County
in Virga: whereupon the Cort: ordrs: That the servant Richard
Pim goe along with his master Lewin Denwood and the said
Lewin Denwood to bring Certificate to y next County Cort:
That the said Richard Pim is to serve eleaven years as the
said Lewin Denwood saith is recorded in Accomack ; / ;

This Day severall persons published their intention of goeing out
of this Province (vizt Daniell Quillane of this County Edward
Davis of this County; William Vaughan of this County Living
at James Dashiell) by setting up their names at the Cort:
