estate Knowe yee therefore That I the said Edward ffurlong
have given and granted And by these presents doe ffreely
Cleerely and Absolutely give and grante unto Jone the wife
of Leonard Jones of Sommersett County in the Province Afore
said plantor one pied Cowe (called Wolfe with A Cowe Calfe
by her side with theire encrease for ever, being marked as
ffolloweth (vizt the right ear Cropt the Left ear underbitted
and over bitted The said Cowe and Cowe Calfe with theire
encrease both male and ffemale quietly and peaceably
to enjoy as her proper goods for ever; Allwayes provided
and excepted That her Husband Leonard Jones is not to
Dispose Sell or Swap away neither the said Cow nor Cowe
Calfe nor none of theire encrease without the Absolute
privitie and Consent of the Granntor Edward ffurlong
But that the said Cowe and Cowe Calfe is Absolutely intended
To her the said Jone and her Chelldren And Allwayes the
said Cowe and Cowe Calfe with theire encrease To remayne
at the Lawfull Abideing place of the said Jone for the
bennefitt of her Selfe and Chilldren To have and to hold
The said Cow and Cowe Calfe And theire encrease both
male and ffemale forever nevertheless if it shoulld please
god That the said Jone Shoulld be shoulld be taken away by
death before her Chilldren shoulld Come to age That then
it shall be Lawfull notwithstanding what is before
mentioned without any Contradiccon hinderance or Control
ment of any person or persons whatsoever To Seize take or
Cary away the said Cowe and Cowe Calfe with theire increase
bothmale and female to put into the hands of any
person
