Know All men by these Presents that I John wahob of
Pyny point in the County of St: Maryes in the Province of
Maryland Doe Constitute ordayne assigne and make and
by these presents have Constituted ordayned assigned &
made and in my place and Stead have Sett and putt
my trusty and will beLoved frind mr: Allexander Draper
of Sommersett County in the Province aforesaid to be my
Lawfull Deputy and Atturney to aske Demand recover
and receive of and from any manner of person or
persons Living and resident in the County of Somr:Sett
aforesaid all and every Such Debt or Debts sumes
or quantityes of tobaccoes or provisions as are Justly
owing and indebted unto me John Wahob whether by
bill bond obligacon Speciallty accompts or recconings
made or to be made and more especially of and from
Leonard Jones of Casiers Island in the County of Somr:Sett
aforesaid the summe or quantity of one Thousand seaven
hundred sixty five pounds of good marchantable Leafe
tobacco & Caske to be payd in St: Georges hundred in
St: Maryes County; And the sume & quantity of six
hundred and fifty of good & well Condicioned neate
porke to be payde with Conveniency both due by the
said Leonard Jones as by two bills doth appeare
hereby giving full power and Lawfull Authority unto
my said Authority Attorney in the premisses the said
person or persons to sue arrest Implead & Imprison
for the obtayning or recovering of the said Debt or
Debts
