The Condicon of this Obligacon is such that if the above bounden
Thomas Evans at all times hereafter Doe well and honestly beare
and behave himselfe as well in word as in Deed toward the
within named the Rt: honorable Caecilius Absolute Lord
and Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon
Lord Baron of Baltemore &c And to all the good people under
his Dominion as any honest man ought to doe That then
this Obligacon to Stand void and of none effect otherwise to be

Manoakin of the County of Sommersett in the Province of
