County and Duely and truely to administer unto them and
every of them Joyntly or severally the said Oath of Commissionr:
and Justice of the peace of our said County they alsoe takeing
the same upon the holy evangelists and when you have soe
Done wee will and Command that you doe under your hand and
seales Certefie us of your whole proceedings herein without
delay into our Cort: of Chancery wheresoever it shall then be To
gether with this writt wittnesse our Selfe at our Citty of St: Maries
the Two and Twentieth day of ffebruary in the XXXXith: yeare of

Annoq Domini one Thousand six hundred seaventy and Three
mr: Wm: Coleborne Stevens administered the usuall Oath of JustCommissionr
and Justice of the peace for Sommersett County to mr: Wm: StevensColeborne
and then the said Oath was administered by mr: Wm: Coleborne
to mr: Wm: Stevens And afterwards the same Oath was administered
to mr: John White; mr: George Johnson; mr: John Winder : mr: Charles
Ballard; mr: David Browne; mr: Nicholas Rice; and unto mr: James
Dasheild ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The Same Day Edmund Beauchamp Clerke of the Sommersett Court
made Oath upon the holy Evangelist To make true entry of all
such things as shoulld be brought before him soe long as he
shoulld Continewe in the said office of Clerke ; / ; ~ ~
