Doe Stand indebted unto the Rt: honble: the Lord Proprietary
of the Province aforesaid in the Just summe or quantity
of Three Thousand pounds of Good sound marchantable tobacco
in Caske To be paid to the said Lord Proprietary his heires
Lords and Proprietaryes or their Certaine attorney in some
Convenient Place in sommersett County as wittnes my hand
and Seale this 5th: day of ffebruary Annoq Domini 1672
