voluntary give unto my sonne James with all their female
Increase untill he attaineth to the age of fifteene yeares and
then To have and to hold both male and ffemale and to
enjoye and Dispose of as his proper goods for ever, These Cowes
with their encrease to run in A Stock amongst my owne for
the use and bennefitt of my sonne aforementioned untill he cometh
to the age above recited, And if incase my said sonne shoulld
be taken away by Death before he cometh to the age of
fifteene yeares then the said Cowes with their Increase to fall
to the Giver againe and be at his Disposeing moreover it is
my will and pleasure that my said sonne before named shall
not Dispose of any of the said Cowes or their encrease untill he
comes to the age before recited without my Consent And that
if they Increase to many it Shall be at my pleasure to Convert
them to other use for the bennefitt of my said sonne without
Disturbance or molestacon from any person or persons what
soever; These Cowes with their female Increase I Edward
Price his ffather Doe freely and absolutely give unto my sd
sonne James and to the heires executors: and assignes of my
said sonne James for ever peaceable and quietly to enjoye
as his owne proper goods at the time afore specified ffor Confir
macon and full assurance of the truth above written I the said
