This Day (to witt) the tenth day of september in the one
and fortieth year of the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius
Annoq Domini 1672 Came before the Cort: William Tompson
And then and there Did Acknowledge the within mentioned
writing to be his absolute Act and Deed to be performed
by himselfe his heires executors: and administrators: unto
Richard Munt, And for the same the said Richard Munt
hath possest the said Tompson of all the estate of goods
Chattles and Creditts and other the estate of the within
