The Cort: orders the Deft: Miles Gray to pay the said ffoure
hundred and fforty pounds of tobacco with Cost of sute to the
Deft William Tompson and to Deliver the mare forthwith
sound to the said Tompson ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The Jury Craves order for their Charges and Dissmissmt:
ordered that the Jury be paid their Dues and the Jury is Dissmist
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The same Day Commrs: as afore
Whereas Richard Pomfrey Complaines that Phillip Shapleigh
was arrested in his Sute in an accon upon the Case the said Shapleigh
being Called three times Doth not appeare by himselfe Attorney nor
Security Desires order against the Sherriffe ~ ~ ~ ~
There upon the Cort: doth order that the Sherriffe bring in the deft:
against next Cort: to answer the Sute of Richard Pomfrey ~
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The same Day Commrs: as afore
Whereas Stephen Whitman was upon Informacon bound to
appeare at this Cort: to answer such misdeameanors as Shoulld
be obierted against him, but he appearing not left his Security
Humphrey Davis bound in A bond for his appearance whome
this Cort: ordered to be Committed till the Condicon of the bond
was performed, the said Davis enters accon against the sd:
Stephen Whitman in northampton Cort: in Virga: to Secure
the said Stephen Whitman; whereupon the said Whittman
peticconed this Cort: setting forth that if he had spoken any
unadvised wordes it was in Drinke as he was Sorry, And
woulld have appeared according to his bond had not he
beene advised to the Contrary but now for want of bayle
