there Discharge A gun Loaden with powder and shott at the
Dogg belonging to the aforesaid Johnson and then and there
killed the said Dogg by reason of which the said Johnson as
aforesaid hath lost the greatest part of his Corne then and
there growing to the vallue of twenty barrells of Corne besides
the Loss of severall Creatures by severall vermine to say
woulefes foxes and the Like the plaintiffe Saith he is
Dampnified and hath Dammadge to the vallue of three
Thousand pounds of Tobacco and thereupon he bringeth
