was Attached to answer unto Cornelius Johnson
in A plea of Ryatt &c. ~ ~ ~ ~
Whereupon the Said Cornelius Johnson by Will Tompson
his Attorney saith that he the said William Smith with
fforce of Armes entered the ground and house of him the sd:
Johnson with Severall others of the servants of John Renney
and others on the 15th: day of May and in the fortieth yeare
of the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius &c Annoq
Domini 1672 Did then and there pull downe & Carry
away of the Land of the Aforesaid Johnson A fifteene
foote Dwelling house Contrary to the Good Lawes
peace and quiett of this his Lopps: Province the
plaintiffe saith he is Dampnified and Hath
Dammage to the vallue of three Thousand pounds
