The plt: desires that his Declaracon may be read and

John Allen late of Sommersett County in
this Province of Maryland was attached to
answer unto Randall Revell in A plea of
Debt upon A sierae facieas ~ ~ ~
And Whereupon the said Randall Revell by William
Tompson his Attorney saith that at A Cort: helld for this
County the tenth day of August in the XXXvii year
of the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius &c Ao: Do:
1669 obtained an order of Cort: against the said Allen for
the summe of Two thousand Two hundred and thirty
pounds of tobacco and Caske the which being alltogether
unsatisfied The plaintiffe by A writt of Sierae facieas
issued against the Defendant to appeare before the Cort:
to shewe whether he hath any thing why execucon may
not issue against him upon the foresaid order ; / ;
