43 and sold unto him the said Walter Powell doe for
ever freely acquitt and Dischardge the same of
and from all and all manner of former and other
bargaines grantes, Sales, forfeitures Dowries ~
Surrenders and of and from all other titles, incum-
brances Claimes and Demands of me mine heires
executors: admrs or assignes; And against all and
every other person or persons whatsoever Claim
ing from by or under me the said Thomas Walker
Shall & will for ever hereafter warrant and defend
by these presents In Wittnes whereof I the said
