214 exhibit an accot: to this Cort: and desired to deliver
the said estate with the Chilldren to the overseers named
in the said will, This Cort: thereupon orders that
the said Edward Jones doe forthwith deliver the said
estate mentioned in the said accompt as alsoe the
Chilldren to the Overseers named in the last will of
James Barnebe deceased; William ffurisis and
Thomas Tull are ordered to be present at y delivery
of y goods & Chilldren aforesaid ; / ;
