begin on the important Town Hill relocation and the bridge over
15-Mile Creek.

I am certain that new Route 40, with its connections to the east of
here, going hand-in-hand with other programs of this Administration
will play a major role in revitalizing the economy of the Western Mary-
land region.... It is with great pride that I officially turn these projects
over to the people of Allegany County and Maryland with the sincere
hope that these improvements will serve the community well for many
years to come.
