CHAP. XXIII.
An Act for appointing Rangers for the Defence of this Province.  REP. Passed 19th
October 1695.
This Act repeals the former Act of 1694, ch. 14.
CHAP. XXIV.
An Act imposing the Duty of 10 per Centum, upon all European Commodities
    exported out of this Province. EXP.
    For 3 Years, or to the End of the next General Assembly.  This Duty to be collected by the
Naval officers, and paid into the Hands of the Public Treasurers, and by them to be accounted
for, to the General Assembly, to be disposed to such Uses, &c. for the Public Utility of the Province,
as to the General Assembly should seem meet.

An Act for the Naturalization of Michael Curtis, and * Others.  Lib. LL. N°
    2. fol. 106.  PR.
   * Viz.  Michael Curtis of St. Mary's County, Alexander Forbas of Talbot County, and John Hans
    Steelman, and John his Son, of Cæcil County.

An Act for reviving the Temporary Laws of this Province.  EXP.
    Viz.  1692, ch. 12, 26, 28, 33, 34, 45, 53, 54, 55, 77, and 79; 1694, ch. 13, 20, 22, and
31; and 1695, ch. 4, 6, 8, 9, and 17; Which are hereby continued for 3 Years, or to the End
of the next Session.

with the Writ, as directed in the Act of 1715, ch. 41, §. 3.
