I have the pleasure of transmitting to you Volume 72 of the Archives of
Maryland. This volume, edited by Professor Richard Walsh, contains the
Journal of the Council for the years 1789 to 1793 and, as such, is part of the
sub-series of the Journal and Correspondence of the Council of Maryland
commenced in earlier volumes of the Archives.
