a remission of the said fines, promising not to offend against the Laws in future. The Board
upon consideration of all the Circumstances do order and direct a remission of the fines
aforesaid, upon condition that she pays all Costs arising on the said presentments.

The Council met.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Gilmour Thirty seven pounds
ten shillings on Account of his Contract to finish the Dome of the Stadt House,

That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Clark [p. 124] Forty pounds on Account
of Thomas Dance's Contract to plaister the Dome of the Stadt House,

That the said Treasurer pay to Henry Warfield Forty five pounds thirteen shillings and
ten pence Specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State" per
Certificate of J Bullen for a Horse received of Thomas Harrison in the year 1781 liquidated by
the Auditor the 24 Instant.

Monday 3d. September 1792

The Council met.
Present Mr Brice

Mr Stone

Mr Davidson

The Auditor is requested to issue a Certificate for the Depreciation of pay to Clement
Sewell as Serjeant in the first Maryland Regiment from the 4th March 1777 to the 14th
September in the same year and for pay and Depreciation of pay as Ensign from the said
14 September to the 8th of April 1778 and deliver the same to the Treasurer of the Western
shore, who is ordered to pay it to the said Clement Sewell.

[p. 125] Thursday 6th. September 1792

The Council met.
Present as on Monday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to William Gilmour Thirty pounds on
Account of his Contract.

Friday 7th. September 1792

The Council met.
