That the said Treasurer pay to James Shaw for the use and by order of Abraham
Gambell an Invalid Pensioner of Dorchester County, Two pounds, five shillings for the
deficiency of three Months half pay due the 1st. instant,

That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. Robert Denny Fifty pounds for one quarter's
Salary as Auditor due the 1st. instant,

[p. 119] That the said Treasurer pay to Christopher Richmond Esq'r Two hundred and
thirty eight pounds two shillings and three pence farthing for one quarter's Salary due to
him, John Wright, and John Hannah the 1st. instant and for Contingent Expences per
Account passed by the Auditor,

That the said Treasurer pay to Jubb Fowler Eighteen pounds fifteen shillings for one
quarter's Salary as Messenger of the Council and Keeper of the Stadt House due the 1st. instant.

Levin Handy appointed Register of Wills for Worcester County in the room of John
Wise deceased, and Commission issued accordingly.

Friday 10th. August 1792

The Council met.
Present Mr Brice

Mr Davidson

[p. 120] The Auditor is requested to issue a Certificate for the Depreciation of pay to
Benjamin Fishwater late a Serjeant in the first Maryland Regiment, and deliver the same to
the Treasurer of the western shore, who is ordered to pay it to Thomas Cawood Brother
and Administrator of the said Benjamin Fishwater.

Monday 13th. August 1792

The Council met.
Present as on Friday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Walley Seven pounds ten
shillings to enable him to visit his Mother in Philadelphia during the vacation.

Wednesday 15. August 1792

The Council met.
Present as on Monday.

Commissions issued to Thomas Jones, George Ward and Colo. John Eccleston appointed
Justices of the Orphans Court of Dorchester County.
