The Council met.

Present as on yesterday. [p. 187]
Indulgence granted to the following persons.

William Christison and John Sharp; new bond given by Benja. Sharp one of the representa-
tives of John Sharp, with Benja. and Joshua Meredith for 112:10:0 dated 5 July. 90.

Cornelius McDonald and Francis Henderson for 34:17:91

or new bond given by Andrew

Thomas Turner and Andrew Turner for 83:12:7

Turner Ex'r. of Corn's. McDonald, and Tho's. Turner with Daniel Treadway Sec'y.
for the Sum of £92:10:4.

Benja. Wheeler and Thos. Gorsuch of Balto. County—writing of Consent—transmitted
Thos. Gorsuch, Benja. Wheeler and Ch's. Gorsuch same County—ditto.
Dan'l. Treadway and John Cox of Harford County .... ditto

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Charles McNantz and Andrew Brown
Twelve pounds, ten Shillings on Account.

Thursday 8th. July 1790

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to the Executors of Robert Hanson
Harrison late Chief Judge of the General Court One hundred and one pounds, thirteen
Shillings and four pence due him for Salary from the first of February to the 2d. of April
last per Account passed by the Auditor.

Indulgence granted to Richard Abrams and John Thompson of Caecil County agreeably
to the Act respecting the Debtors and Creditors of this State &ca. they having transmitted
their writing of consent.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Friday 9th. July 1790

The Council met.
