Thursday 6th. April 1786

The Council met.

Prest. the Hon'ble. James Brice

John Kilty Esquires.

[p 114] Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to
Ignatius Wheeler junr. One pound, eleven shillings and six pence
current Money for the use of Robert Bodfield and One pound eleven
shillings and three pence like Money for the use of John Jarvis due
them per Accounts passed by the Auditor General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Ignatius Wheeler junr. One
hundred and thirty pounds, nineteen shillings specie agreeably to the
"Act to adjust the Debts due from this State" per Account passed
by the Auditor General the 6th. March last.

His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire attended.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Friday 7th. April 1786

The Council met.

Present as on Yesterday.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Saturday 8th. April 1786

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Doct. Henry
Maynadier One hundred and twenty six pounds, thirteen shillings
and four pence current Money for the use of William Maynadier
Adm'r. of James Murray late a Judge of the Court of Appeals, it
being for Salary due the said James Murray as per Certificate of the
Auditor General.

That the said Treasurer pay to James Williams Thirty one pounds,
nine shillings and five pence specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust
the Debts due from this State" due on a Certificate to Wm. Hindman
passed by the Auditor General the 17th. March last.
