adjust the Debts and passed by the Aud'r. General the 18 Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to George Leggett Eighty four pounds
and seven pence specie agreeably to the Act aforesaid per Account
passed by the Aud'r. General.

[p 109] Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to
Joseph Clark Nine hundred and nineteen pounds, nineteen shillings
and ten pence three farthings Current Money Balance of An Account
for superintending the Public Buildings, exclusive of Drawings and
making out Bills of Scantling passed by the Aud'r. General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Edward Crows junr. Three pounds
Current Money due him for Waggon hire per Account passed by
the Aud'r Gen'l.

The Council adjourned till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Cornelius Mills
nine pounds, ten shillings current Money for the use of his House
to hold the Mayors Court in per Account passed by the Auditor
General.

That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green, One hundred
and twenty five pounds Current Money for a Quarter's Salary as
Printer to the State to the 1st. February last.

The Council adjourned 'till Monday morning 11 o'clock.
