an hour after it was so forfeited and endeavored to get the Recog-
nizance discharged and was willing then to enter on the trial of the
cause tho' to his disadvantage, and several of the Justices of the said
County having certified that to the best of their knowledge the above
facts are true, the Board do direct that the said forfeiture be remitted
and it is hereby ordered to be remitted accordingly.
