Governor, and the Upper and Lower houses of Assembly and the
Authority of the same that the same John Jeremiah Myar his heirs
and Assigns forever Shall be and he and they are hereby by virtue
of this Act Vested with a good sure indefeazable Estate of In-
heritance in fee Simple of in and unto the aforesaid Lott or piece
of Ground Situate and lying on the first Street in Frederick Town
aforesaid joining on the west Side to John Lingenfelder as afore-
said and extending thence in breadth Sixty feet and running three
hundred and Ninety three feet in length being part of two Lotts of
Ground marked number thirty eight and thirty nine together with
all and Singular the Buildings Improvements and Advantages on
the same Lott or parcel of Ground in as full and Ample manner as
the same Daniel Davis could have vested him the said John Jeremiah
Myar his heirs and Assigns with saving to his most Sacred Majesty
his heirs and Successors to the Right Honourable the Lord Pro-
prietary his heirs and Successors and to all Bodies Politick and
Corporate and all Others not mentioned in this Act their Several
and respective Rights.

Whereas Jonathan Hudson, John Mears, Philip Rain, Littleton
Brumley, William Truitt, Thomas Pearson, Savory Wing, Elias
Townsend, Robert Nelson, Levin Laramore, Charles Moore, Ed-
ward Wooden, languishing Prisoners in Worcester County Goal,
Stephen Tare, John Vain, Ignatius Spalding languishing Prisoners
in Charles County Goal. George Mathews, James Ager languishing
Prisoners in Baltimore County Goal Michael McDorman, Edward
Bennett, John Knowles, Joseph Holder, Peter Magee, Neomie
Kelsick, Priscilla Barkley languishing Prisoners in Somerset County
Goal. Lockeyer Long and John Deale languishing Prisoners in
Prince Georges County Goal. Richard Freeman, William Morgan,

Thomas Hicks Newton, languishing Prisoners in Calvert County
Goal Nathan Joyce and Shepherd Grimes languishing Prisoners
in Ann Arundel County Goal. John Berry languishing Prisoner
in Frederick County Goal by their Petitions to this present General
Assembly have set forth that they have respectively continued
Prisoners for Debt in the Custody of the Sheriffs of the respective
Counties aforesaid for a Considerable Time past and Still continue
