Be it therefore Enacted that the Commissioners to be appointed
in pursuance of the first before mentioned Act of Assembly shall
have full power and Authority and are hereby directed to sue for
recover receive and Obtain all sums of Money which are still due
to the public and ought to have been paid into the hands of the

Commissioners or Trustees for Emitting Bills of Credit under the
said former Acts in the same manner that those Commissioners
or Trustees might have done which Moneys shall be invested in
Bills of Exchange to be remitted to the Trustees aforesaid residing
in London and to be by them invested in Bank Stock as aforesaid
