On Motion the Question was put that this House do resolve that
they will apply the Bank Stock in England the Ballance of Cash
in the Loan Office and all the Money in the Hands of the Treasurers
belong^g to the province Except £500 to be left in each Treasurers
Hands as part of a Public Fund for the Emission of Bills of Credit
to the Amount of 140,000 Dollars at 4/6 p Dollar to be emitted
in the Denomination of Dollars & Aliquot p.^ts of a Dollar and
delivered to such of the Public Creditors who will accept of the
Same in Discharge of the Debts due to them from the public
