An Act for encouraging a Collection and Publication of the Laws
of this Province.
Whereas the Reverend Thomas Bacon has, with great Pains and
Application, made a Collection in Manuscript of the several Acts
of Assembly of this Province, the Publication whereof may be of
great and general Utility; in order, therefore, that so useful a Work
may meet with due Encouragement, and that the said Thomas Bacon
