     Whereas Tobyas Wells hath made appeare by oath that there is Liber C
   due unto him out of the estate of Allexander Towrson Nine hundred
   & nine pounds of tobacco, this Cost doth order that prsent paymt be
   made oute of the Estate &c

     Whereas Mosses Stagoll hath made appeare by oath that there is ordr
   Due unto him out of the Estate of Wm Elliyott Six hundred Forty
   & Fower pounds of Tobacco This Court doth order tht present pay
   ment be made out of the Estate: &c:


     Whereas Robert Kent hath made appeare by oath that there is due [fol. 29]
   unto him out of the Estate of William Elliyott Eight hundred seau- ord
   enty & nine pounds of tobacco this Court doth order that prsent pay

     Whereas Tobyas Wells hath made appeare upon oath that there ordr
   is due unto him out of the estate of William Elliyott Fiue hundred
   and ninety two pounds of Tobacco & Caske, This Cort doth ordr that

     Whereas W John Wright hath made appeare upon oath that there ordr
   is due unto him out of the Estate of William Elliyott two hundred
   seauenty & six pounds of tobacco: This Cort doth ordr that prsent
   payment be made out of the Estate, &c:

   and seuenteene pounds of Tobacco & Caske: This Court doth order
   that prsent payment be made out of the estate, &c:

     Whereas Mr Matthew Reade & Mr John Wright haue made ap- ordr
   peare that there is Due unto them, out of the estate of John Win
   chester Three hundred pounds of Tobacco & Caske, This Cort doth
