Justices of the said County to levy on the Taxable Inhabitants of
the said Parish a Quantity of Tobacco for the Uses therein men-
tions, viz 44000^lb Tob.° for those Purposes.
7. An Act for building a Prison in Frederick County.
The Justices of said County are hereby ordered to apply for &
receive out of the Loan Office the Sum of £400. to build a Prison
in that County.
8. A Supplementary Act to An Act entituled "An Act for the
Speedy & effectual publication of the Laws of this Province: &
for the Encouragement of Jonas Green of the City of Annapolis
Printer.
The Several Sheriffs are hereby ordered to pay him for Copies
of the Laws & Proceedings of this & the two preceeding Sessions
of Assembly, which were to be by him delivered to the County
Clerks, for the Use of the several Counties.
