              Liber F F   under him, to the intents aboue menconed, as full power as to any
                     Attorney generall doth or may belong, And what euer my Attor
                     ney or any substitute under him shall doe or prforme in order to the
                     prmises I doe hereby ratify confirme & allow, as if I my seife were
                     prsonally prsent & had actually done & prformed the same. In wittnes

                     whereof I haue hereunto sett my hand this 20th of May 1665.

                       Know all men by these ptnts tht I George Thompson of Charles
                     County in the Prouince of Maryland gentn doe hereby constitute
                     ordaine & appoynt Samuel Cressey of the sd County & Prouince gentn
                     my true & lawfull Attorney to confesse a Judgmt to the accOn com
                     menced against mee by Willm Caluert Esqr as the Attorney of W
                     Henry Warren Ratifying & allowing all & whatsoeur my sd Attorney
                     shall doe or cause to bee done in or about the prmises, as fully largely

                     of them acknowledge This following writting to bee their Act, wch
                     followeth in these words.

                       This Day all differences concerning a suite a Law depending be
                     tweene Toby Weells & Mr Barth Gleuen & Mary his wife are fully
                     determined & ended betweene the sd Toby Weells & Barth Gleuen in
