That the said Treasurer pay to David Crane thirty two pounds
five shillings of the same Emission due him per Accol passed by the
Aud. Genl.—
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo William Beatty twenty two
pounds, four shillings and four pence of the same Emission, one
pound and four pence thereof to be by him retained and twenty one
pounds, four shillings to be delivered over to Major Abraham Haff,
due them per Accounts passed by the Aud. Genl. —
That the said Treasurer pay to the following persons, Samuel
Boone fifty pounds, nine shillings and two pence specie due him per
Account passed by the Audr Genl 20th December 1781. and to Michl
Boyer nine pounds, nine shillings and six pence due him per Acct
passed by the Aud. Genl 11th Augt 1781. agreeable to the "Act to
adjust the Debts due from this State "
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo William Bordley one hundred
and twenty pounds, three shillings and two pence specie and also to
William Rasin one hundred and seven pounds, seven shillings and
two pence specie agreeable to the Act aforesd p Acel & Certe passed
by the Aud Genl the 21 Inst. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo William Beatty forty three
pounds three shillings & six pence specie agreeable to the sd Acct
p Certe passed by the A Gl. —

Commissions issued to John Shellman appointed Captain in the
room of John Due Carey, Jeremiah Fox first Lieut, Matthias Bur-
gess Ensign, and also to Andrew Low Ensign of Capt Nicholas
White's Compy in the Frederick Town Battalion of Militia in Freder-
ick County. —

Thursday 24th January 1782.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Purdy two
pounds, seven shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due him per Account passed by the
Aud Genl.—
That the said Treasurer pay to Samuel Cock late Captain of the
Extra Regiment three hundred and twenty pounds and nine pence
of the Same Emission due him per Account passed by the Aud
Genl.—
That the said Treasurer pay to Archibald Colder late a Captain
in the Regiment aforesaid Three hundred and twenty two pounds
fourteen shillings and nine pence of the same Emission due him per
Certificate passed by the Audr Genl. —
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Beatty of the same Emis-
sion six pounds, fourteen shillings and ten pence for the use of John
Stoner and four pounds, nine shillings and nine pence to be by him
retained due per Certificates passed by the Audr Genl. —
