Richard Sprigg as Assignee of Daniel Wolstenholme, exhibits a
Bond given by Lloyd Dulany to said Wolstenholme which, with In-
terest, amounts to Sixty three pounds, one shilling and six pence
Sterling Money in Virtue of the Supplement to the "Act for the
Liquidation &ca " passed by the Audr General, which is approved. —

Present as on Yesterday. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to the Honorable
Robert Hanson Harrison and Alexander Contee Hanson Esquires
Judges of the General Court each, One hundred pounds for a Quar-
ter's Salary, ending this Day. —
The further Consideration of the Charges against the Justices of
Harford County, having been referred to this Day, and no further
Evidence being Offered to the Board, it is further postponed without
a Day. —

The Honorable Gabriel Duvall, Jeremiah T. Chase & James Brice
Esquires —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Major Montjoy
Bailey One hundred and One pounds, seven shillings and one penny
current money due him per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to John Mackall for the use of Ben-
jamin Mackall 4th one of the Judges of the Court of Appeals, One
hundred pounds current money for Six Months Salary per Account
passed —

Present His Excellency William Paca Esquire Governor.
The Honorable Gabriel Duvall and James Brice Esquires
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Johnson
Four hundred and thirteen pounds, fifteen shillings current money
due him as Commissioner per Account passed. —
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to William Robertson
agreeably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Credi-
tors of Congress &ca " for Nine pounds, eight shillings and nine
pence due on a Continental Loan Office Certificate adjusted by the
Deputy Auditor 23d September last
That the said Treasurer pay to William Robertson Eight pounds,
twelve shillings and six pence three farthings for One Year's Inter-
