That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to Zachariah Offutt
agreeably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Credi-
tors of Congress &ca " for One hundred pounds, two shillings due
him on Continental Loan Office Certificates adjusted by the Depy
Audr

Present His Excellency the Governor
Jeremiah T. Chase and James Brice Esquires
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Robert Issabell
One pound four shillings and nine pence Current Money, out of the
Money set apart for Contingent Expences due on an Account of
Elizabeth Issabell Deceased passed by the Audr General. —
That the said Treasurer issue Certificates agreeably to the "Act
proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of Congress &ca "
to Joseph Baxter for One hundred and thirty seven pounds, nine shil-
lings and one penny and to Ann Haley for One hundred and five
pounds fifteen shillings due them on Continental Loan Office Certifi-
cates adjusted by the Aud. Genl
John H. Stone Esquire attended. —

Mr Charles Wharton a Native of this State, who left the same
about twenty years ago for his Education, appeared this Day before
the Bord, and did take, repeat and Subscribe the Oath of Fidelity
and Support to this State prescribed by the "Act to punish certain
Crimes, and Misdemeanors, and to prevent the Growth of Toryism."
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Matthew Swan
and George Poe two hundred and forty two Pounds, eight shillings
and ten pence, and to George Poe One hundred and forty nine
Pounds, sixteen shill'gs Specie agreeably to the "Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State " p Accts passed. —
That the said Treasurer pay to John Crisall Two hundred and
twenty six pounds, twelve shillings and eleven pence specie agreeably
to the Act aforesaid per Certificates adjusted and passed the 28th
January 1782. —

That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate to John Crisall agree-
ably to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of
Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca " for Twenty eight pounds,
two shillings and seven pence due on Continental Loan Office Cer-
tificates adjusted by the Audr the 6th Inst. —
