head for One hundred and sixteen pounds, nine shillings and five
pence due them on Continental Loan Off. Certificates adjusted by
the Depy Audr the 28th Instant
That the said Treasurer issue a Certificate agreeable to the Act
aforesaid to Notly Young for Eighty pounds, four shillings and
Six pence due him on Continental Loan Off. Certificates adjusted by
the Deputy Auditor. —
His Excellency the Governor Attended.
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to the Reverd John
Gordon Sixty six pounds, five shillings and eleven pence specie agree-
able to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Account
passed the 28th Instant
That the said Treasurer pay to Edward Brownwell two pounds
twelve shillings and six pence Current Money due him per Acct
passed. —
That the Intendant be requested to deliver to Lewis Neth four
hundred and fifty Bushels of Wheat and to Robert Couden six hun-
dred and sixty six Bushels and two thirds of a Bushel of Wheat at
Baltimore Town or the Head of Elk on Account of their last Years
Salaries per Accounts Passed. —

Be pleased to order John Holster of the 3d Maryland Regiment
and John Hoverton of the 2d Maryland Regiment to be supplied with
such Clothing as are on Hand, in part of a Suit for each.

Present His Excellency William Paca Esqr Governor
Benja Stoddert, Gabriel Duvall & James Brice Esquires
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer issue Certificates agree-
able to the "Act proposing to the Citizens of this State, Creditors of
Congress on Loan Office Certificates &ca " to George Devilbiss for
sixty two pounds eight shillings & to John Ransburgh for sixty four
pounds fifteen shillings and six pence due them on Continental Loan
Office Certificates adjusted by D. Aud. —
That the said Treasurer pay to George Devilbiss nine pounds, ten
shillings and six pence for one Years Interest on a Certificate issued
agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State. —
John H Stone Esquire attended. —
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Howes Golds-
borough Esqr nineteen pounds, fourteen shillings and ten pence specie
agreeable to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State " per
Acct passed. —
