Saturday 31st March 1781

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Majr A. McLaine
of Colo Lee's Corp five hundred Dollars of the new Emission on
Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Alexander Lawson Smith,
Capt. Samuel M. Lane and Lieut Samuel Hanson of the Extra
Regimt each Fifty Pounds of the same Emission in lieu of Twenty
pounds Specie part of their Accounts passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Middleton Twelve pounds
of the same Emission due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Alien Quynn one hundred and
twenty six pounds four shillings and three pence of the same Emis-
sion due him per Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green three hundred and
seventy five pounds of the same Emission due him per Acct passed
by the Aud Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excellency Thomas Sim Lee
Esquire two hundred pounds of the same Emission on Account.

Ordered That the Armourer deliver to Lieut Colo James Tooteil
six stands of Arms with Accoutrements & Sixty Cartridges on
Account.
That the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Horatio Clagett of
the 3d Regt & Ensign John H. Lowe of the 2d Regimt each, eight
Gallons of Rum and thirty two pounds of Sugar. Capt John Mitchell
of the 1st Regimt twelve Gallons of Rum & twenty four pounds of
Sugar & also to Capt Archibald McCallister six Gallons of Rum &
twenty four pounds of Sugar, due them to the first instant.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt. Horatio Clagett
thirty three pounds twelve shillings & nine pence of the new Emission
due him p Acct passed by the A. Gl
