That the Issuing Commissary deliver to the said Doct. Nathan
Brownson six Boxes of Spanish Sugar for the use of his Department
to be charged to the U. States taking a Receipt for the Quantity which
is to be lodged with this Board.
Ordered that the Issuing Commissary deliver to Capt. Edward
Prall of the 1st Regiment Twenty eight Gallons of Rum and one
hundred and twelve pounds of Sugar due to the first Instant

Chief Judge of the General Court.
Commmissions of Letters of Marque and Reprisal issued to
Robert Conway Commander of the Schooner Hope Sixty Tons
burthen navigated with twenty one Men mounting Six Carriage Guns
belonging to William Hunter & others of the State of Virginia and
also to John Sanford Commander of the St Patrick forty Tons
burthen navigated with eighteen men mounting six Carriage Guns
belonging to Richard Conway and others of the State aforesaid.

We have your Favor of the 9th by Captain Conway and agreeably
to your Request the Commissions desired by him have been granted.

& Joseph Points of the Extra Regimt each, one pair of Shoes. John
Armstrong of the 5th Regt one Shirt. John Hulet of the 7th Regimt
one shirt, one pair Overalls & one Jacket, James Due of the 5th
Regiment one pair of Shoes and one waistcoat, and also to William
Simmons of the Extra Regimt one Coat, one Jacket one pair Overalls
one pair Shoes and two shirts.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to Stephen Rawlings, two
pounds of the new Emission due him per Acct passed by the Aud Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Philemon Warfield fifteen pounds
three shillings and nine pence of the same Emission due him p Ace.

That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Christopher Richmond of the
1st Regim. eleven pounds twelve shillings and one penny half penny of
the same Emission due him for Stores per Acct passed by the D. Aud.
