M^r Speaker with the Other Members Accordingly went to the
Upper House where his Excellency passed the following Ingrossed
Bills into Laws by Sealing them with the right Honourable the Lord
Proprietary his Great Seal at Arms, and Indorsing them thus " On
Behalf of the right Honourable the Lord Proprietary of this Prov-
ince I will this be a law " (See page 308)

His Excellency then made the following Speech (See page 309)
M^r Speaker and the Members return to their House, where M^r
Speaker resuming the Chair acquaints them that his Excellency with
the Advice of his Lordships Council of State had thought fit to pro-
rogue this Assembly to the first Tuesday in November next; and that
this house is accordingly prorogued to that Day.
