That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Maj Edwd Giles of the
Regt Extra 2 Shirts in part of the Articles alld by the Genl Assembly
and also to Capt. Richd Bird of the 5th Regimt 1 hat, 1 Coat, 1 vest,
i Shirt, 1 pr Stockings 1 pr Overalls and 1 pr Shoes for James Dur-
gon ap ser in. sd Regt
That Mr Fairbrother deliver to Lieut Saml Hanson 20 Bushels of
Corn stored by Mr John Chalmers with him this Board to be
Accountable

Sir We wrote to you the 19th Inst by Lieut Plant, and enclosed
Notes for 40 Hogsheads of Tobacco, which we shall be glad to know
were received, Mr Dnnnellan has Directions to have the condemned
Flour baked into Bread proper for the Use of the Army, and if he
should want any Midlings or Ship Stuff for that Purpose, we
request you to supply him

Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Wm Mid-
dleton Fifty Dollars of the new Emission on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to His Excellency Thomas Sim Lee
Esqr one hundred and fifty Pounds of the new Emission on Acct
Ordered That the western shore Treasurer pay to Rigby Foster,
Five Pounds, thirteen shillings and nine pence of the new Emission
of this State in lieu of Two hundred and Twenty seven Pounds, ten
shillings due him p Account passed by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Sprigg Esqr Thirty six
Pounds, nineteen shillings and Eight pence of the new Emission in
lieu of one thousand four hundred and seventy nine Pounds, seven
shillings and nine pence for the use of Nichs Hockey p Acct passed
by the Aud. Genl
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut George Jacob of the 6th
Regt six Pounds, seven shillings & six Pence of the new Emission in
lieu of Two hundred and fifty five Pounds for Stores p Acct passed
by the Aud. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Levin Denwood Surgeon to the
7th Regt four pounds, seventeen shillings & six pence of the new
Emission in lieu of one hundred & ninety five Pounds for Stores per
Acct passed by the Aud. Gl
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt. William Wilmott of the
3d Regt Three Pounds, eleven shillgs & three pence of the new Emis-
sion in lieu of one hundred & forty two pounds, ten shillings for
Stores p Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
