Present as yesterday.
Ordered That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Philip Howard
of the 5th Reg. and to Robert Price of the 7th Regimt each 1 pr Over-
alls, I shirt and I pr shoes and also to William Fennell of the 2d
Regimt 1 pr Overalls and 1 Shirt to be chd to the Regts
That the said Commissary deliver to John Rivers of the 1st Regimt
i Shirt, 1 pr Overalls & pr shoes, to Henry Clarridge of 2d Regimt
i p Shoesr. to John Hanson a Recruit for the 6th Regimt one Suit
of Cloaths the Bounty alld by the Genl Assembly, to Lieut Geo. Jacob
of 6th Regimt 3 yds Dowlas for lining & 2 pr Stockings & to Capt.
Horatio Clagett 1 ps of Britta8 in part of the Articles alld by the
Genl Assembly. —

Ordered That the Commissary of Stores deliver to Serjeant John
Spicer of the 2nd Regimt 1 shirt, 1 pr Overalls & 1 pr Shoes and also
to Lieut William Woolford of the 2d Regt Cloth for a Suit of Cloaths
with Trimmings and Linen for 2 Shirts in part of the Articles al-
lowed by the General Assembly.
That the western shore Treasurer pay to John Wilmot junr Five
hundred and forty three Pounds due him p Acct passed by the
Dep* Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to Jonathan Parker one hundred and
seventy nine Pounds and one hundred and Fifty Pounds due him
p Accts passed by the Depy Aud.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hyde four hundred and
sixteen Pounds, thirteen Shillings and four Pence for 1 mo Salary
as Asst Clk to Governor and Council due the 1st Inst.
That the Collector of the Tax for Dorchester County pay to Lieut
Wm Woolford of the 2d Regimt Two thousand Dollars to be ex-
pended in the Recruiting Service and to be accounted for.

tinental Draughts on this State; yet we fully expect to be enabled to
supply you with a sufficient Sum of Money by the 1 5th Inst to pay for
all Provision which you may purchase for the use of the Continental
Army

sorry to be under the Necessity of informing you that from the State
of our Treasury, he cannot at present, receive any Assistance from
it, in Carrying into Execution the important Business entrusted to
him. We have done every Thing in our Power, and beg Leave to refer
