away & sayd Well, well, & further the Depont sayth not.

His Lops Attorney complayneth agst John Taylor for Extortion
ffor tht the sd Taylor sold his drams att 40l Tob pe Bottle.
Wch appearing cleare by diuers Oaths taken, & confessed allso by
the deft, that hee charged soe much therfore uppon acct Yett the
Court hath thought fitt to dismisse the deft, uppon his good obearance
hereafter.
The Court adiorned by the Gour, for a while.
