Ordinary keeper in the Country sold soe deare, the s^d Taylo^r went
away & sayd Well, well, & further the Depon^t sayth not.

His Lops Attorney complayneth agst John Taylo^r for Extortion
ffor th^t the s^d Taylo^r sold his drams att 40^l Tob p^e Bottle.
W^ch appearing cleare by diuers Oaths taken, & confessed allso by
the deft, that hee charged soe much therfore uppon acc^t Yett the
Court hath thought fitt to dismisse the deft, uppon his good obearance
hereafter.
