To this Hon^ble Court
Pattericke Forest requesteth th^t all such psons who stand as
indebted to the Estate of M^r Thomas Hatton Decedent doe here,
either vpon Oath or discharge, make what they can Appeare, to
Cleare th^mselves of those debts, or ffees, otherwise Execuon to
proceede
And yo^r Peticon^r shall pray
The Court doth therefore order That all such psons as are con-
cerned herein, make their Appearance and to Cleare th^mselves if they
can, or At any other Court when they shall be there vnto Called.

M^r Thomas Bradnox sworne in Court, 20^th of July 1658 Saith.
That all such ffees as ware due from me to M^r Thomas Hatton I
have payd to M^r Tho. Marsh & for M^r John Russell the whole
Charge of one Pattent, the Charge is 214^l of Tob. & the Pattent 147^l
the whole is 361^l and further saith not.

M^r Tho: Hinson sworne the same time saith. That all such ffees
as ware due to M^r Tho. Hatton yo^r Depon^t veriwell remembreth
th^t hee hath payd M^r Tho: Marsh decedent the Depon^t M^r Tho.
Hinsons Charge of ffees is 137 of Tob & Caske & ffurther saith not.

Joseph Wickes sworne this 21^th of July 1658. Saith. That this
Deponant was Indebted by Bill & acc^o vnto M^r Thomas Hatton,

Estate

about the quantytie of Eighty one Pounds of Tob. w^ch bill was in the
Custodye of M^r Thomas Marsh & the fores^d Tob. was demanded, &
Payd vpon the Gen^rale Ac^s betwixt the s^d Marsh & this Depon^t to
the best of this Depon^ts knowledge, & ffurther saith not

Cap^t Rob^t Vaughan Sworne 20^th July 1658 Saith
That beinge at S^t Maryes som time in March 1652 at A Court
there holden M^r Thomas Hatton tooke out Execⁿ against Francis
Lumbard for ffees th^t the s^d Lumbard had received of M^r Hattons on
the Isle of Kent M^r Thomas Marsh beinge there p^rsent, desired M^r
Hatton to stay the servinge the Exec for it would vndoe the s^d
Lumbard, & That the s^d Marsh would receive the Tob for him & to
see him payd at the Cropp, th^t he would deliver him the Execn w^ch
as yo^r Depon^t Remembreth was about 2000^l of Tob or thereabouts &
further saith not.
